The Board of Ushers is made up of at least six members, with two elected each year to serve three year terms. An individual may serve no more than six consecutive years.

Responsibilities:

1. Board elects Chair annually.

2. Each member of the Board serves as Usher Captain for two months each year. During those two months the Usher is responsible to provide Ushers for each regular and special worship service.

3. The list of ushers for the month should be given to the Church Secretary in time for inclusion in the monthly newsletter and in each week's bulletin.

4. To be present on Sunday mornings when assigned, and carry out the duties described in the Ushers Booklet, a copy of which is given to each usher, with an additional copy left in the usher's closet off the narthex.
