Stewardship Committee

The Stewardship Committee is made up of at least six members, with two elected each year to serve three year terms. An individual may serve no more than six consecutive years.


Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Meetings

2. Committee elects Chair, Secretary/Treasurer and representative to the Finance Board and Church Council annually.

3. Encourage members and friends of the church to be responsible stewards of time, talent and treasures.

4. Conduct an annual pledge drive for the raising of funds to support the ministry and mission of the church, and report the ongoing results of the drive to the congregation.

5. Coordinate or oversee all fund-raising efforts of the church.

6. Submit an Annual Report of the Committee's activities, including the final results of the pledge drive, for review at the annual meeting each year.
