Investment and Trusts Committee

The Investment and Trusts Committee is made up of three members, with one member elected each year to serve a three year term. An individual may not serve more than six consecutive years.


1. Meets quarterly or as necessary.

2. Committee elects Chair, Secretary and Representative to the Finance Board (maybe Chair) each year.

3. Develop and Encourage a program of deferred giving to the church, including bequests, trusts, and other gifts.

4. Recommend investment policy to the Board of Finance

5. Have complete charge of investment and trusts; managing, disbursing, maintaining records as set out by each trust, or bequest.

6. Submit to the Finance Board a projection of revenue for the coming year, for budgeting purposes.

7. Submit and Annual Report of activities to the Annual Meeting each year.
