The Membership Board shall consist of not fewer than six (6) members elected by the Church at the Annual Meeting for staggered three (3) year terms. Members may not serve on this Board for more than six (6) consecutive years. Members of the Membership Board must be members of the Church.

Responsibilities:

1. It shall design and implement a plan to make the Church and its programs known in the community.

2. It shall design and implement a plan to attract non-members to attend and become part of the Church.

3. It shall assure that visitors to the Church are introduced to its ministry and programs and are encouraged to become members.

4. It shall design and implement a plan whereby new members of the Church are assimilated into the full life of the Congregation.

5. It shall develop and carry out a regular program of activities that encourages all members and friends of the Church to share fellowship with one another.

6. It shall present a detailed report for the year to the Church at each  Annual Meeting.
